Minaal is the recipient of the FORB Leader Award at Cumberland Lodge, Windsor Great Park, UK, and the Education Reformer Award from the Youth Parliament of Pakistan in recognition of her contributions to educational innovation, curriculum reform, and teacher professional development. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading international and national organizations, including the United Nations, Asian Development Bank (ADB), the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the British Council, Pearson, Beaconhouse School System Head Office, and The City School Head Office. These experiences have given her a unique understanding of diverse education systems, policy environments, and workforce needs across both the public and private sectors.
